You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service, and you confirm your age when you create an account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
  • Circumvent any security measures or rate limits

4. Event Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, ensuring events comply with local laws, and managing attendee expectations. Hangoutz is a platform and does not organize, endorse, or guarantee any events.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Hangoutz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Payments

Hangoutz facilitates connections between organizers and attendees. Payment processing for paid events is handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for refund disputes between organizers and attendees.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hangoutz is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, attendance at events, or interactions with other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
